I’ve been a vet tech for nearly 10 years now and never knew why people were always so against bullies. In my entire career I’ve never had a negative experience with a bully breed. I got my first Jeep my sophomore year of high school and my first bully breed (AST) from a shelter shortly before he was due to die. The Jeep is known as Sarge and the fur baby is Moonshine.
My PITTIES!
Moonshine was found as a stray, no pun intended, sick as a dog. He was not getting better in the shelter and after a few months he was due to die because of the lack of space and finances through the shelter. I spotted his mug on Facebook and fell in love. We visited him shortly after and took him home same day. He was sick for over 5 months and we couldn’t find the origin of his illness. 6 months after recovering he had another bout of illnesses. Again, with no diagnosis, we determined that he just has a weak immune system or an auto immune disease. With preventative nutrition and support, he healed up and is on the road to obtain his CGC and become a prime member of society.
My jEEPS!
Tote my boy around to do whatever he wants to do: dogpark, lake, camping, beach, the whole 9.
